Pinkishe Foundation is seeking a results-driven and creative SEO Specialist to enhance the organization’s digital presence and optimize its online content for improved search engine rankings. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing SEO strategies, analyzing website traffic, conducting keyword research, and optimizing content across various platforms. This role is crucial in amplifying the reach of our mission and increasing engagement with our digital resources.

1. SEO Strategy Development:
   • Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
2. Website Optimization:
   • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, keywords, headings, and images.
   • Ensure technical SEO compliance by improving site speed, mobile usability, and overall performance.
3. Content Optimization:
   • Work closely with content creators to produce SEO-friendly blog posts, web pages, and other digital content.
   • Conduct keyword research and integrate relevant keywords into content while maintaining readability.
4. Analytics and Reporting:
   • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.
   • Generate regular reports on SEO performance, including rankings, traffic, and other KPIs.
5. Link Building:
   • Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies, including link-building campaigns and collaborations with relevant platforms.
6. Trend Monitoring:
   • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to keep the organization’s strategies effective.
7. Competitor Analysis:
   • Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Candidates having:

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and basic HTML knowledge.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively.
